Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team on a 1-year fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will have a CACHE Level 2/3 qualification or 6 months of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
  • Ensure students remain engaged and manage behaviour in the classroom
  • Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
Requirements:
  • CACHE Level 2/3 qualification or 6 months of experience in a similar role
  • Confidence in managing a class of students
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
