You'll be part of a dynamic team that's pushing the boundaries of innovation in the world of Formula 1.

This role reports to the Head of Software Engineering and is based in Banbury, UK.

As a Software Developer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of the Performance Group.

You'll work closely with other software engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects, and participate in code reviews to maintain the highest standards of coding excellence.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong academic background in software engineering, with a solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases, and object-oriented programming.

Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Python, and HTML is highly desirable, and you'll be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field.

This role may require lifting, bending, and manual dexterity, and you'll be working in a fast-paced environment with machinery, race cars, and other equipment.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in software engineering
