About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our team at Steer Automotive Group. As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing vehicle panels to pre-accident condition, using industry-leading techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate assessments of vehicle damage and develop repair plans accordingly.
  • Repair and replace vehicle panels using industry-leading techniques and equipment.
  • Work with precision to ensure seamless integration of new panels and parts.
  • Utilize your expertise to achieve high-quality repairs and finishes.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
About You

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater or similar role in the automotive repair industry.
  • Strong knowledge of panel repair techniques, including welding, filling, and finishing.
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment, including panel beating tools and spray painting equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless results.
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team.
