About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Flexible Worker. As a Flexible Worker, you will have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts across our client Trusts in England, allowing you to develop your skills and experience in different wards and areas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, checking symptoms and vital signs and arranging diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Display excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations.
  • Work effectively as a team member, promoting team and interdisciplinary relationships.

Person Specification

Qualifications

  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.

Experience

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
