Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Learning Support department. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in lessons or on a one-to-one basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with SEND in lessons and on a one-to-one basis
  • Working closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assisting with the preparation and delivery of lessons
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to students

Requirements:
  • Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience and understanding when working with students with SEND

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:15pm, Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm (30-minute lunch break)

Term Time Only plus 5 Training Days
