Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Representative to join our Trade Parts Hub in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling branded automotive car and LCV parts, accessories, and consumables to new and existing business-to-business trade customers, local and regional businesses, and fleet clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets by developing trade accounts and up-selling opportunities through phone and email communication.
- Ensure 98% or higher calls are answered, and maintain accuracy of all orders.
- Make courtesy calls to customers before delivery van cut-off times to ensure customer orders are issued to the correct van routes.
- Deliver top-quality customer service at all times, covering the click-and-collect counter, and assisting with quarterly stock takes, warehouse, and logistics tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in parts telesales, preferably involving business-to-business, trade car and van parts, TPS, or motor factor supply to fleet clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to organize yourself effectively while working under pressure.
- Highly customer-focused, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of £29,979 per annum, comprising £28,500 for weekday work and £1,479 for Saturday morning overtime.
- A monthly bonus allowing earnings up to or in excess of £32,775 per annum.
- 25 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension, life assurance, employee and family discounts, eye care vouchers, subsidised car option, share incentive scheme, and career opportunities within Renault UK.
