Role Overview: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Red Sky Personnel Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving success in high-impact infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for leading cost and value reporting, managing cash flow forecasting, and overseeing subcontractor procurement and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost and value reporting: Ensure projects are financially on track by providing accurate and timely cost reports.
- Manage cash flow forecasting: Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to inform commercial plans and ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement and negotiations: Lead the procurement process for subcontractors and negotiate contracts to ensure best value for the company.
- Build strong client and supply chain relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior surveyors: Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying: A degree or HND in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) is required for this role.
