IT Sales Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team at Proactive Appointments Limited. As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting cutting-edge ICT, Content Services, and MPS solutions to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to promote our solutions.
- Exceed sales targets across Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector markets.
- Utilize the entire portfolio of annuity or subscription services, hardware, software, and professional services to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.
- Manage a predefined company customer base and take ownership of existing customer relationships to maximize additional growth.
- Proactively sell selected Content Services, ICT, and MPS Products & Solutions to existing and new customers.
- Identify decision-makers within target customers and prospects.
- Utilize a range of resource tools, including but not limited to, Business Gen Support, marketing, and social media platforms.
- Manage time to achieve key performance indicators and respond to Service desk tickets.
- Complete presales tickets and take direct responsibility for all Business Solutions renewals below £20K threshold.
- Develop day-to-day relationships with key clients and stakeholders to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exceed targets through a structured approach and pipeline management.
- Maintain efficient diary and time management.
- Demonstratable previous experience within a sales role is essential, prior knowledge of our industry would be advantageous.
- Fully understand leasing & deal construction is essential.
- Results-oriented, driven to succeed, achieve, and exceed targets.
- Experiencing of using relationship management tools (Salesforce) and competent in using all MS office programs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Proven experience of negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Building rapport with customers - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Comfortable in cross-selling, being able to use initiative to offer alternative solutions to potential customers.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
