Key Responsibilities- Work with apprentices in care homes and online, delivering training and development programs to help them achieve their qualifications and become confident in their roles.
- Tailor learning plans to meet the needs of each apprentice, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed.
- Support apprentices' development by teaching them the importance of English and maths in their care roles, helping them with functional skills as required.
- Build relationships with employers and provide feedback on how their apprentices are progressing.
- Mentor your learners through face-to-face visits, online sessions, and ongoing guidance, helping them achieve their qualifications and become confident in their roles.

Requirements- Experience as a Care Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Care Manager.
- A Level 5 qualification in Adult Care (or equivalent).
- Strong technology skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
- A willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) qualifications in English and maths, support will be provided.
- A starting salary from £27,000, with a comprehensive benefits package and full training to help you succeed as a Trainer.
