Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Class 1 drivers to join our team at Modern Edge Recruitment for container haulage duties during evening shifts. The ideal candidates will be able to start between 16:00-18:00 and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Transporting containers via Class 1 vehicles
  • Delivery: Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to designated locations
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to all relevant traffic laws and regulations
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections
Requirements:
  • Valid License: Valid Class 1 driving license
  • Experience: Previous experience in container haulage preferred
  • Driving Record: Excellent driving record with no more than 6 points on license for minor offences
  • Safety Commitment: Strong commitment to safety and compliance
  • Availability: Ability to start evening shifts between 16:00 and 18:00
