About the Role

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality education and care to children. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality education and care to children
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery
  • Work closely with the Nursery Manager to achieve outstanding results and meet the needs of children and families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery's curriculum and educational programs
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A salary of £29,000 - £40,000 per annum
  • A performance-related bonus of up to £1,750 per year
  • Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year
