Company Overview:

The company specializes in FMCG products and is known for its high-quality and sustainable products which are supplied to many major retailers.

Job Role:

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing a team and liaising with multiple retail/supplier stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Head up the inventory function and be accountable for optimizing inbound planning, physical storage of all materials, site waste, and driving the packaging department to meet customer specifications and demand.
  2. Deliver the site's operational strategy and drive best-in-class performance on product quality, waste, and auditing.
  3. Contribute to the development of the company's supply chain strategy and implement process improvements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and supplier stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

What We Offer:

This role is based in the Bedfordshire area with an office setup of on-site 5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
