About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our Energy Transition department as part of our team responsible for the layout and design of compressor stations for PtX gas infrastructure. As a key player in international green gas project teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our knowledge of overall compressor station design, supporting clients with high-level cost and time estimates, and working closely with project managers to ensure quality and deadlines are met.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of compressor station design
  • Support clients with cost and time estimates
  • Lead technical aspects of medium to large projects
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure quality and deadlines
  • Provide technical solutions and layout advice to clients
  • Develop and mentor team members in compressor station design
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in compressor station design and execution. You should have a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 10 years of experience in the field. You should also have strong oral and written communication skills in English and be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
