About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and forward-thinking Helpdesk Analyst looking to shape their IT career and take it to the next level. You will work with a growing business, providing day-to-day support to end-users, and taking ownership of IT tickets to find a resolution for your customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional end-user support to clients, taking ownership of IT tickets and working within our company's Service Level Agreements.
- Work with a growing business, providing day-to-day support to end-users, and taking ownership of IT tickets to find a resolution for your customers.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer software, hardware, networks, mobile devices, and printers.
- Work with Windows Group Policy to create and apply user groups and permissions.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to find a resolution to their IT issues.
Requirements
- Strong exposure to Active Directory, MS Windows 10, 11, and Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate and work with end-users.
- Experience working with Windows Group Policy to create and apply user groups and permissions.
- The ability to work within our company's Service Level Agreements.
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility of IT tickets, inclusive of all communications and resolution.
