We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispensing Operative at our Parkwood Hub.

This is a non-customer facing role that requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and assisting the pharmacy team with dispensing prescriptions and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring the correct storage and rotation of medication, as well as monitoring and checking expiry dates
  • Sorting and filing prescriptions and other relevant paperwork in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the pharmacy
  • Liaising with pharmacists and their teams to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service

Qualifications and skills required include:

  • NVQ2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services or relevant experience in the pharmacy industry
  • Basic IT knowledge and good customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
