Senior Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at WongDoody. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital products and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Requirement Gathering Workshops: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document functional requirements for digital products.
- Manage End-to-End Functional Requirements: Oversee the development of detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates.
- Collaborate with Internal and External Teams: Work closely with internal and external teams to develop requirements, anticipate challenges, and resolve blockers.
- Support Client Product Owners: Assist client product owners in finalizing requirement details and articulating decisions.
- Transfer Completed Functional Tickets: Ensure clarity and accuracy in transferring completed functional tickets to client BAs.
- Assist in Backlog Prioritization: Contribute to prioritizing backlog functionality aligned with strategic goals and considerations.
- Serve as a Single Point of Contact: Provide support and guidance on matters related to scope and decisions.
- Participate in Agile Ceremonies: Participate in daily stand-ups, planning, and other agile ceremonies to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Minimum 6+ Years of Experience: In business analysis, with expertise in driving the creation of detailed component and page template specifications within JIRA.
- Expertise in AEM Components and Templates: Proven track record in gathering and managing functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, anticipate challenges, and resolve blockers.
- Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies.
- Backlog Prioritization: Ability to prioritize backlog functionality in line with strategic goals and considerations.
