As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing technical projects within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively within a diverse team to address intricate challenges related to product development and manufacturing.
  • Provide ongoing technical assistance to both internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of current product manufacturing.
  • Lead initiatives for technology transfer to contract manufacturing entities.
  • Facilitate communication across various business units to ensure the successful achievement of organizational objectives.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and service providers.
  • Evaluate and suggest continuous improvement opportunities both within the organization and with external partners.

Role Scope

  • Plan and oversee projects that involve modifications, upgrades, and technology transfers within the outsourced manufacturing supply chain.
  • Collect, assess, and analyze a broad range of data to support external technical operations.
  • Conduct research related to various technical operational activities.
  • Provide expert guidance, review, and approval of changes, as well as manage documentation.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping to comply with regulatory and internal company standards.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to this role, as identified through the company’s Learning Management System.
  • Follow the Perrigo Safety Policy and Procedures to foster a culture of health and safety in your areas of responsibility.
  • Perform additional reasonable tasks as required to support the Perrigo business.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in process validation, formulation development, or analytical chemistry.
  • Proficiency in technology tools that support business operations, including strong skills in the Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a capacity to contribute effectively in meetings across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks while communicating information clearly and promptly.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving objectives within set timelines.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Ability to understand, recommend, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
