Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Operations Engineer to join our Quant Trading team at Quant Capital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for research, rapid development, and execution of trade orders, as well as automation of processes and personal projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior or graduate with sub 2 years of experience to work in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment. You will be involved in solving complex problems, working with cutting-edge technology, and collaborating with a team of experts in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and development of trade orders and automation of processes
  • Collaboration with the trading team to deliver solutions to complex problems
  • Development of personal projects to improve trading efficiency and effectiveness
  • Excellent Excel skills and logical thought processes
  • A strong level of applied mathematics or engineering, with an interest in solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • A-level Maths or equivalent
  • STEM degree from a top-ranked University
  • Interest and some coding ability (VBA, Ruby, Go, Lua, Scala, Python, or C++ or OO Language)
  • An appetite for delivering solutions to complex problems

Location:
