Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Legal Assistant at Precise Associates, you will be working closely with the Residential Property Department to provide administrative support to the head of department. Your primary role will be to respond to initial client inquiries for quotes on sales and purchases, demonstrating a basic understanding of the sale and purchase process. You will be required to work independently, prioritizing your workload and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Tasks
1. Provide exceptional customer service by being the first point of contact for clients, communicating with prospective clients over the phone to discuss their legal needs.
2. Complete internal forms and track data accurately, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
3. Offer clients information regarding legal services within the Residential Property Department, following up to maximize conversion from a lead to a sale.
4. Provide accurate quotes to prospective clients, ensuring transparency and clarity in your communication.
5. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and web queries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
6. Perform general administrative duties, including opening files and preparing initial onboarding paperwork for clients.
7. Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to the Health and Safety at Work Act.
8. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
9. Undertake any other reasonable activities requested by the Firm, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:15
Holiday Entitlement
25 days plus Bank Holidays
Salary
Dependent on experience
