Role Overview

Our team is embarking on an exciting journey to transition from Data at Rest to Data in Motion, leveraging event-driven architecture (EDA) and NoSQL storage technologies. As a technical business analyst, you will be the vital link connecting tech enthusiasts and forward-thinking stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.

This role demands a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise to guarantee that the needs of both product and technical stakeholders are met. You will collaborate across diverse teams, turning business goals into tech specs that power our innovative data storage and search solutions.

  • Bridge the gap between tech experts and business visionaries, ensuring everyone speaks the same language for project success.
  • Analyze data from different domains to understand patterns and trends, informing system design and improving data storage and search capabilities.
  • Ensure that the design meets business requirements, is technically feasible, and can be implemented within project constraints.
  • Coordinate with the quality assurance team to plan and execute system testing to ensure our solutions exceed expectations.
  • Offer insights and recommendations to enhance data storage, retrieval, and search functionalities based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
  • Expertise in database management, data modeling, and warehousing concepts.
  • Ace communicator who effortlessly translates business needs into tech lingo and vice versa.
  • Agile enthusiast with project management tool prowess.
Preferred Skills:
  • Passion for cloud-based solutions and big data tech.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and querying databases.
  • Bonus points for certifications in Business Analysis or related fields.
