Counter Staff

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Assistant to join our team at MJ's Diner in Tralee. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food at the deli/carvery counter, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Provide excellent customer care, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service to all patrons.
• Assist with the preparation and serving of food at the deli/carvery counter.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
• Handle transactions and manage the cash register effectively.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work both day/evening and weekend shifts.
• Flexibility in your role.
• Excellent communication skills in English language.
• Ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
