Reflect Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled and seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Production Operations Manager.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual aiming to advance their career, with prospects for further professional growth. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 based on experience, along with additional benefits to be discussed during the interview process.
Location: The role is based at our manufacturing facilities, easily accessible from surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a background in a manufacturing setting, demonstrating both technical expertise and commercial awareness. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing production teams effectively.
- Ensuring the manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Overseeing engineering maintenance, planning, and all production functions to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
The successful Production Operations Manager will possess:
- A collaborative spirit with a proactive attitude and a strong business perspective.
- Exceptional leadership and time management capabilities.
- A proven track record in hands-on production management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
- Outstanding organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Experience Requirements:
Candidates should have:
- A solid understanding of engineering and workshop machinery.
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
- Familiarity with Production PLC operations.
- A good grasp of financial performance metrics and KPIs.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in demanding sectors such as Oil and Gas or Power is advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with:
- CAD drawings and software.
- NEBOSH or equivalent safety management experience.
- Conflict resolution skills and the ability to unify diverse perspectives towards common objectives.
- Basic understanding of the French language is desirable but not mandatory.
