About the Company

R13 Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a multi-award-winning business in their search for a Project Manager. This company has continued to grow from strength to strength, operating within the construction sector and offering their services to a diverse range of clients across the county and further afield.

The Role

This is a full-time, permanent position working 8am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:

  1. Contributing to the set up of a brand new project planning system using bespoke software
  2. Creating designated "job cards" for each step of the project process onto the software

Project Development:

  1. Set up of new jobs onto the system
  2. Allocation of relevant resources to each job
  3. Tracking each job card for completion / timings
  4. Liaising with external parties to schedule any required licenses etc
  5. Reporting back on any delays - coordinate reallocation of resources if required
  6. Ongoing client and internal liaison to assure all parties are updated
  7. Analysing project success and looking to consistently improve project performance
  8. Occasionally visiting sites
Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  1. Previous experience in works-based project planning and coordination, with good working knowledge of related project software. Good general IT skills
  2. Proactive and adaptable nature, with the ability to problem solve and improve processes
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Highly organised, and ability to manage multiple projects
