Job Title: Development Monitoring Surveyor

About the Company: EC Property Recruitment Ltd is a leading national construction consultancy with a large and well-established Development Monitoring team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous monitoring experience and a good understanding of the service line to enable them to take on a workload and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including developers, investors, and funders.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on construction-related matters.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Development Monitoring team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in monitoring and reporting on construction projects.
  • Good understanding of the service line and its applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
