About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team at Searchability (UK) Ltd. As a Technical Lead, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our software development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the development team, guiding them through the development process while staying hands-on with full stack implementation to maintain a deep understanding of our solutions.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager, Solution Architect, Product Owners, Industry Experts, and Testers to ensure the quality and accuracy of our implemented solutions.
  • Handle data management, including working with both SQL and No-SQL databases.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in C# development and ASP.NET, specifically working with REST Web APIs.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading development teams and possess strong expertise in working with a variety of Azure services, including Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure Kubernetes Services, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and Blob Storage.
  • Solid command of querying various RDBMS and No-SQL database platforms, with the ability to adapt and apply your skills to new platforms as needed.
