About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the North West region. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for progressing reservations through to exchange, meeting and exceeding sales and legal targets, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Progress reservations through to exchange, meeting and exceeding sales and legal targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers
  • Support the Story Homes vision by achieving targets according to business plan and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing a new build development and progressing sales within timescales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work alone in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the local area and ability to work with customers in Lancashire
