About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to oversee an onsite cleaning crew within a high-traffic distribution facility.

Job Purpose
To manage a team of multi-service operatives, ensuring that service delivery standards and specifications are met while adhering to budget constraints, thus achieving 'green' audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and standard-compliant execution of cleaning and waste management duties by managing schedules and rotas effectively.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their expectations while operating within established specifications.

• Assist the Site Manager in conducting thorough audits punctually, implementing any necessary corrective actions within designated timeframes.

• Accurately complete and process all required documentation in a timely manner, providing necessary sign-offs for completed tasks.

• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of cleaning materials and equipment, utilizing them safely.

• Oversee the completion of periodic cleaning tasks to meet required specifications and timelines, obtaining customer sign-off.

• Conduct Decontamination Cleans as requested by the client.

• Support the execution of schedules as needed.

• Ensure all staff are in appropriate uniforms that reflect the TC brand.

• Complete shift handover logs for every shift.

• Confirm attendance of all scheduled staff members.

• Conduct Return to Work interviews with team members.

• Address initial HR and employee relations matters in line with company HR policies, recognizing and valuing diversity.

• Assist in the recruitment process for multi-service colleagues, ensuring compliance with TC recruitment standards.

• Aid the Site Manager in ensuring timely and accurate staff payment by adhering to company time and payroll processing protocols.

• Train and onboard all staff regarding their roles, expected standards, TC values, and company policies and procedures.

• Ensure all staff are trained in and comply with Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.

• Adhere to all company processes, policies, and procedures.

• Attend meetings and training sessions as required by the company.

Additional Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the Health, Safety, and Welfare of oneself and others, complying with Health and Safety Regulations at all times.

• Report all Health & Safety incidents or concerns accurately and promptly.

• Maintain confidentiality at all times, only disclosing confidential information to authorized personnel.

• Comply with the Data Protection Act requirements.
