The successful candidate will take charge of the sales support functions, collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and production departments to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone to ensure prompt responses.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations efficiently.
  • Process and confirm sales orders accurately.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of samples and orders.
  • Work alongside the production team to fulfill orders effectively.
  • Maintain precise and current records in the CRM system.
  • Keep customers informed about their order status and communicate any necessary updates.
  • Deliver after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Qualities:

  • Proactive and flexible with a positive mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Able to work independently after initial training.
  • Willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive salary up to £24,000 based on experience, along with complimentary onsite parking and employee recognition programs.
