About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our team in Maidstone. As an MET Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components on a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs, including ADAS calibration and wheel alignment.
  • Dismantle vehicles in preparation for panel work.
  • Conduct thorough inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostics.
  • Manage replacement part orders and inventories.
  • Reassemble vehicles with new components to restore them to pre-accident condition.
  • Ensure all repairs meet the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the team on repair progress and timelines.

About You

You're a skilled MET Technician with significant experience in accident repair, able to work to high standards under pressure while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an MET Technician, including expertise in electric and hybrid vehicle repair.
  • Skilled in ADAS calibration, wheel alignment, mechanical repairs, and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible, customer-focused approach with a dedication to health and safety standards.
