About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our team in Maidstone. As an MET Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components on a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs, including ADAS calibration and wheel alignment.
- Dismantle vehicles in preparation for panel work.
- Conduct thorough inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostics.
- Manage replacement part orders and inventories.
- Reassemble vehicles with new components to restore them to pre-accident condition.
- Ensure all repairs meet the highest quality and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with the team on repair progress and timelines.
About You
You're a skilled MET Technician with significant experience in accident repair, able to work to high standards under pressure while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an MET Technician, including expertise in electric and hybrid vehicle repair.
- Skilled in ADAS calibration, wheel alignment, mechanical repairs, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to adhering to manufacturer specifications.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
