We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Registered Children's Home Manager/Deputy Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Children's Home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the safeguarding of our young people and the delivery of effective care plans
- Contribute to the development of our team, providing training and support to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare or working towards
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a Children's Home or similar setting
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards
