Lift Maintenance Technician

We are delighted to be working with a global operator with almost 60 years' experience in design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, modernization, refurbishment and replacement of lifts and escalators in all market segments.

Our client is a leading provider of lift services, seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join their Service team in the Aberdeen area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the smooth operation of lifts and escalators.
  • Attending lift breakdown callouts to carry out minor repairs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Meeting agreed customer response times and building strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing regular updates to the Service Manager and participating in the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
  • Solving complex issues across a portfolio of lifting equipment and carrying out basic LG1 examinations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Working independently and using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
