About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our client's team in Lincoln. As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality Turbine products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weld Turbine products following work instructions and company standards
  • Utilise Plasma, TIG, and MIG Welding techniques to produce high-quality output
  • Inspect production output using welding inspection techniques to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain and update digital production applications
  • Regularly inspect welding equipment and tooling for mechanical and safety issues
Requirements
  • Welding Inspection CSWIP 3.0 with development to 3.1
  • Experience in Plasma, TIG, and MIG Welding
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
