Revenue Operations Specialist

As a Revenue Operations Specialist - Salesforce, you'll play a critical role in our global CRM team, driving customer return data analysis and coordinating activities related to quality, failure analysis, and product management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze and present complex data to inform timely management decisions
* Ensure consistent data storage, access, and update for all users
* Collaborate with various functions, project families, and regions to communicate trends and measurable results
* Proactively plan for trends and implement training to mitigate repeat events
* Develop strategies based on actionable data to align with our long-term vision of a zero-incidence culture

**Requirements:**

* A university degree or equivalent relevant work experience
* Business ethics and ability to practice and behave consistently and effectively in areas of business practice and conflicts of interest
* Communication skills to effectively convey the right message to the right people at the right time
* Customer orientation and ability to meet customers' expectations by identifying and anticipating their needs
* Result orientation and ability to take steps personally to ensure mutual goals and performance targets are met
* Teamwork and ability to work synergistically with fellow team-members
* Planning and organizing skills to prioritize and manage work and schedules
* Problem-solving skills to reach logical conclusions and balance benefits, risks, and consequences of actions
