Company Overview:
Acuro Associates Ltd is a prominent consultancy in the higher education technology sector, seeking to expand its team in the UK. We are in search of an SIS Implementation Specialist with a strong background in Student Information Systems.
Ideal Candidate:
You may currently hold a position in student records or registry, such as a Student Record Manager, Student Systems Developer, Deputy/Assistant Academic Registrar, Business Analyst, or a similar role, and are looking to transition your expertise in SIS into a consultancy position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of the implementation of Banner SIS, including but not limited to:
- Course catalog management
- Curriculum management
- Admissions and enrollment processes
- Course registration and student records
- Engage with clients in the UK Higher Education sector.
- Collaborate with teams and colleagues to surpass customer and project expectations.
- Prepare for and deliver exceptional implementation consulting services proactively.
- Measure success through customer satisfaction, project achievements, and utilization targets.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of robust experience with Student Information Systems, particularly with products such as Banner, Oracle/Peoplesoft Campus, QLS, Quercus, SITS, Thesis Student Management, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing and upgrading SIS or related software products utilized in UK Higher Education.
- Familiarity with course catalog, curriculum management, admissions, enrollment, course registration, and student records.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing tasks based on business impact.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel onsite for consulting and implementation services, up to 25% of the time as required.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
