Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in delivering high-quality care to our service users. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to follow individual care plans, assist with personal care, and provide practical support with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide practical support with daily tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

We're looking for a compassionate and caring individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. You'll need to be resilient, willing to learn new skills, and able to work as part of a close-knit team. No prior social care experience is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training to support your development.
