Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electronic Field Monitoring Officer to join our team. As an Electronic Field Monitoring Officer, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety and security of individuals under electronic monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and Decommission Electronic Monitoring Equipment: Install and decommission electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of individuals subject to electronic monitoring.
  • Visit Homes and Install Monitoring Equipment: Visit the homes of individuals on curfew to install and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring they can be detected within their property boundaries.
  • Installation and Upkeep of Electronic Monitoring Devices: Install and maintain electronic monitoring devices to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure clear communication and seamless operations.
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence: Possess a full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points.
  • Ability to Travel: Be able to travel within the UK, with a car and fuel provided for work purposes.
  • No Prior Experience Needed: No prior experience is required, as Adecco will provide all necessary training.
  • BPSS Clearance: Hold BPSS clearance and have a full 3-year work history with gaps over 28 days covered.
  • DBS Clearance: Be willing to obtain DBS clearance.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent standard of verbal English.
  • Flexibility and Problem-Solving: Be able to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team, with keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Assignment Details:

  • Working Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Working Hours: Evenings, 4pm-1am, with shifts varying.
  • Training: 8 days of training provided at an allocated venue, with options for Gatwick, Birmingham, or Stockport.
  • Pay Rate: £14.12 per hour.
