Job Summary

Heliox BV is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our cutting-edge products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs, modifications, and corrective maintenance on our product line across Europe.
  • Generate comprehensive test and service reports.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to our products and services.
  • Ensure quality control for third-party technical service partners.
  • Conduct on-site commissioning activities, including Site Acceptance Testing.
  • Support 1st line technical support in resolving malfunctions.
  • Conduct input/output tests and measurements both online and on-site.
  • Deliver on-site training sessions for customers.
  • Diagnose and address failures affecting product performance.
  • Assist in updating and enhancing service documentation.

Requirements

  • City & Guilds Level 3 HND/HNC or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in commissioning and/or service work.
  • Proficiency with electrical installations and PLC systems.
  • Knowledge or willingness to obtain local safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of Linux basic command or willingness to learn.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
