Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ultrasound services, ensuring the prioritization of workload and the production of detailed, independently written reports.
- Communicate complex ultrasound findings effectively to both clinicians and patients.
- Participate in the training and development of junior staff and trainees within the department.
- Maintain professional and technical standards relevant to ultrasound services.
- Engage in the planning and implementation of new patient care strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Provide regular feedback to the Ultrasound leadership regarding key performance indicators.
- Foster effective communication within the multidisciplinary team, particularly concerning ultrasound services.
- Contribute to the recruitment and selection process for new staff members.
