The Account Director will be responsible for delivering high-quality consultancy services to assigned key clients, working closely with Technical Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery. This role involves overseeing service deliverables, technical aspects of individual contracts, and managing larger property management clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Oversee the delivery of consultancy services, including ensuring services are delivered to the company's profit targets and client protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow client accounts and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the Technical Account Managers and Team Managers to ensure consultants are knowledgeable about client accounts and provide training as needed.
- Monitor and report on client feedback, investigating any negative feedback and addressing corrective actions with the Team Managers/Technical Managers.
- Coordinate and report on annual client feedback surveys.
- Work with external bodies that may complete work on behalf of the company, tracking their SLAs and escalating any concerns where appropriate.
- Ensure timely payment to external bodies.
- Produce and communicate agendas and minutes as required.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH H&S Diploma or equivalent and a minimum 5 years' experience in advising on H&S/Fire Safety/Asbestos/Legionella.
- Excellent IT skills and ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Willingness to travel (likely to be 60% home-based).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of Microsoft Office and other collaborative working systems is essential, as is a thorough working knowledge of Meridian.
