Key Responsibilities

As an Architectural Technician with HLN Ltd, you will be working closely with a large retail company to deliver high-quality architectural services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Producing drawings and documentation as required using AutoCAD, independently and in collaboration with our technical team and the wider design team.
  2. Developing specifications using NBS software and advising on the use of materials and construction detailing.
  3. Monitoring quality and coordination of drawing information to ensure project delivery in line with programme and compliance with office quality standards.
  4. Managing projects, including health & safety and building legislation requirements, as well as day-to-day administration.
  5. Assisting with site surveys when required.
  6. Following company procedures, including quality management, environmental management systems, and health & safety.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 5 years of experience working within the retail sector.
  2. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
