We are seeking an experienced Event Project Director to join our team at a leading live events agency in the West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale events from start to finish, working closely with clients and internal departments to deliver exceptional results.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering production-led events, with experience in managing big budgets and a focus on content delivery. You will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing event logistics, production, creative, and content, and ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale events from start to finish, including on-site execution
- Manage big budgets and ensure that all events are delivered within budget
- Oversee event logistics, production, creative, and content
- Work closely with clients and internal departments to deliver exceptional results
- Line manage a team and drive results
