About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our team in a brand-new late-night cocktail bar in Central London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of bartenders and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the bar remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume, late-night environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
