Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a central Project Management Office (PMO) to enhance project governance and execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting quality standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects for performance improvement across the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop efficient project plans.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, ensuring they consistently follow project management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience, preferably in the airline catering or food industry.
  • Valid and confirmed project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is desirable.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
