Salary: £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + company vehicle
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough surveys to identify fire door requirements
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of fire doors to ensure compliance with regulations
- Organize and manage workload, materials, and labor to ensure efficient project delivery
- Lead teams of operatives to achieve project goals
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license
- SMSTS certification
- FIRAS accreditation
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
