Education Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Support Professional. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and fostering a nurturing environment for students.

About You
  • Passionate about education and committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth.
  • Strong behavioural management skills and ability to support students with challenging behaviour, ensuring a safe and respectful learning space.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong team player ethos and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Experience working with young people and a solid educational background, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum and relevant learning programs.
  • Committed to equal opportunities and contributing positively to our school's ethos, promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of school life.
Requirements
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent, with strong literacy and numeracy skills, equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English & Maths.
  • Understanding of the national curriculum and relevant learning programs, with knowledge of relevant policies, codes of practice, and legislation.
