Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:

We are working with SF Recruitment (Executive) to recruit a commercially savvy and communicative Chief Financial Officer for a private equity backed projects business in the Midlands.

About the Business:

The business in question is a private equity backed projects business with a turnover of around £30m and is growing quickly. Revenues are generated through the delivery of large scale contracts as well as related recurring revenue streams.

About the Role:

We are looking for a CFO who has already been No 1 in a standalone projects/service business with a high capex requirement. We would also consider candidates that have worked in the infrastructure space - energy/renewables/fibre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shepherd the business through a full investment cycle alongside the CEO
  • Own the process of selling the business

What We Offer:

A six figure package and seven figure equity package will exist for the successful candidate.
