Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team. As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling public streets and car parks, advising the public on parking regulations, issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles, and reporting suspected abandoned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol public streets and car parks to ensure compliance with parking regulations
  • Advise the public on parking options and provide information on parking restrictions
  • Issue tickets to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Report suspected abandoned vehicles to the relevant authorities
  • Deal with enquiries from the public and provide excellent customer service
