Merchandising Assistant

Job Title: Merchandiser AMIS48
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Asda. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for placing point-of-sale (POS) materials in designated areas of the store, ensuring that our products are visually appealing and easily accessible to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place POS materials in pre-arranged sections of the store, including bollard covers, promotional barkers, blinkers, and gondola end cardboard display units.
- Use a stepladder to place media at height, ensuring that our products are visible to customers.
- Photograph and report through an online app when POS placement is complete.
- Liaise with store colleagues to locate POS materials and ensure that they are placed in the correct locations.
Requirements:
- Availability to work every Thursday, with flexible hours between 6am and 7pm.
- Ability to use a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report visits and navigate an app-based system.
- Comfortable working at height using a stepladder.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with POS materials is essential.
