Location: Swansea (courses delivered within a mile radius)
Hours: Flexible schedule (Monday to Saturday, with occasional evenings)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive (based on qualifications) per annum
Driving: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required (business mileage reimbursed)

This role presents a remarkable opportunity for those passionate about teaching and making a difference in the community. You will contribute to our mission of providing support to individuals in crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting emergency response training and specialized courses, imparting critical life-saving techniques.Educating participants on appropriate actions to take in various emergency scenarios, such as dealing with unresponsive individuals or burn injuries.Empowering individuals to gain confidence in providing potentially life-saving assistance during emergencies.Traveling to various training locations as required.
Qualifications for Success:
Engaging personality with strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to groups.Ability to listen actively, provide solutions, challenge opinions, and offer constructive feedback.Possession of a Training or Teaching qualification, or willingness to pursue one.Comfortable working independently and traveling to diverse training venues using your own vehicle.Proficient in IT.Experience in designing and delivering a variety of training programs, with the ability to present effectively to mixed-ability groups.
