Lead Toddler Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our Guidepost Montessori team at our Marlborough school. As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of our toddler students.

About the Role

As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing a beautiful and orderly environment that encourages independence, exploration, and deep learning
  • Observing and understanding the physical, intellectual, and emotional needs of each child
  • Providing personalized support and lessons to encourage practical life skills, language, and grace and courtesy
  • Forming personal connections with each child and cultivating a community of respect
  • Communicating and collaborating with parents to provide the best possible care for every child
